1. INTRODUCTION
This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Elite 4 Collectables Limited and is in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (where applicable). Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.
2. IN STORE RETURNS
We do not accept returns for items purchased in store unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
3. DISTANCE SELLING (ONLINE ORDERS)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on the following items, provided they are returned in the exact same condition as when purchased:
- Sealed products (unopened and in original condition)
- Booster packs (released post-2020 only) that remain unopened
- Graded cards, provided:
- The certification number matches the original sale; and
- The grading case is undamaged
- Accessories, provided they are unused and unopened
The Customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect
Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Any sealed products that have been opened
- Booster packs released prior to 2020
- Single cards purchased in-store, online, or at events (including card shows)
- Mystery Packs
- Custom Orders
- Card Cleaning Services
- Slab Cracking Services
- Grading Submissions
5. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Items must be returned in the same condition as sold
- All original packaging must be intact and included
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met
6. FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEMS
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.
7. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
