Grading Drop Off

We are an official drop off point on behalf of the Sub Centre, whose store is based in Herne Bay, Kent

We hand deliver all submissions directly to their store at the end of each month before their grading cut off date

Bring your cards in store and our team can guide you through the entire process from start to finish

 

How The Process Works

Bring your cards into the shop

We will connect you to our WIFI and direct you to The Sub Center's website

We will walk you though creating an account or logging in

We can help you choose which service is best for your cards

We will walk you though the steps to place your order

You will write your name and order number on the envelope we provide for you

7

We will seal the envelope in front of you, under camera coverage

The sealed envelope will be placed in our bank grade safe

9

We will drive the submission down to The Sub Center's shop at the end of the month

The Sub Center will process your order all under camera coverage. You will then recieve email updates at each stage of the grading process

Beckett Grading Services (BGS)

What is the grading deadline/cutoff?

Grading cutoffs vary depending on the service level you choose. Our shop’s cutoff will be the last week of each month, with the exact date announced in our Discord group.

Please note that we submit all cards in a single shipment at the end of each month. If you select a grading service whose cutoff has already passed, your card will still be submitted at the end of the month with our shipment.

Is there an additional charge & minimum order?

There is no order requirement and no additional charge. You’re free to place orders of any size, and the price you see is exactly what you pay.

We only charge an additional 50p per card if you require a Semi-Rigid.

How long does grading take?

Grading timeframes depend on the specific service level you choose. Estimated turnaround times are provided on The Sub Center’s website at the time you purchase your grading service.

How much does grading cost?

Grading prices vary depending on the service level you choose. All current prices and service options can be found on The Sub Center’s Website. Please note that if your cards are submitted under an incorrect service level with PSA, and the graded value exceeds the value you originally declared, you may be subject to an upcharge. How should I prepare my cards for grading?

Our team in the shop will guide you through the entire process, ensuring your cards are properly prepared and submitted to the standard required for acceptance by the grading company you are sending with.

Are my cards insured?

Your cards are insured from the moment you drop them off at our shop and are covered under our shop’s insurance policy while they are in our possession.

Once the cards have been handed over to The Sub Center, they are then covered under their company’s insurance policy.

Can I track my submissions?

Yes - Your order will be submitted directly on The Sub Center’s website where you will have your own account. You will receive updates at each stage they are processed via email.
