Everything You Need to Know From Us

Can you source specific items?
We can source item specific products, please refer to our Calendly page where you can directly book an appointment with Matt to discuss items.
Do you accept pre-orders?
Unfortunately we do not accept pre-orders, and all new releases are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Do you offer product guarantee?
We offer a product gaurantee on all sealed items when opened in our presence. We cannot offer a refund if the box is opened off-premises, as we are unable to verify that is the original product.
How long does grading take?
Grading timeframes depend on the specific service level you choose. Estimated turnaround times are provided on The Sub Center’s website at the time you purchase your grading service.
How does selling to you work?
Bring your cards into our store during opening hours and our team will assess them based on condition, market demand, and current pricing. We will make you an offer once everything has been reviewed.
How does bulk drop off work?
Selling your bulk cards is quick and simple. Just bring the cards to our shop during out opening hours, and our team will process them within 5 business days. Once counted and sorted, we’ll confirm your total via the number you provide and will arrange payment.
